いい口コミが多く行きましたが、残念な宿泊となりました。壁が薄く、会話が筒抜けです。隣の部屋が常識の無いグループで深夜2時まで騒いでいました。従業員の方に注意して貰おうとしましたが、フロントも緊急連絡先にも何度かけても繋がりません。何度もかけてますから、着信履歴も残っているはずですが、翌日何も声もかけられませんでした。何の為にチェックイン時こちらの番号を控えているのですか？部屋数も少ないので、すぐ把握できるでしょう。とにかく睡眠不足で最悪でした。接客に関していえば程よい距離感の接客等ではなく、最低限かそれ以下の接客です。そこにもてなしの気持ちは感じません。特に女将。感じの良い従業員の方もいましたが、女将の対応が不快です。予約時の上から目線の物言いには腹が立ちキャンセルも検討しました。実際、宿泊して後悔しました。癒されに行った旅行でストレスが溜まっただけです。こんな宿初めてです。二度と行きません。

私の友だちが1月23日に宿泊しました。ご飯を食べてる時にお腹が痛くなり部屋に薬を取りに行ったときに従業員の男の人が私の荷物の中の下着をあさってました。パニック状態になり足もすくんでしまいました。旅館の女将さんに相談すると新しい宿をとったからそちらに移って下さいと言われ移動されられました。女将さんは分かっているのに従業員を匿いました。警察を呼ぼうとしましたが代行を呼ばれすぐにそちらに移動させられました。手馴れた姿は常習犯にしか見えません。その下着あさり従業員も宿を出る時に「お連れ様は大丈夫」とサイコパスのような言葉をかけて来ました。どこがいい宿なのかわかりません。とても楽しみにしていた旅行だったのに最低すぎました。
