Amazing hotel! Very close to the little church!
Spacious, comfortable rooms, good bed and pillows.
Delicious breakfast, with omelets and tapioca made to order!
Beautiful pool and ample space to contemplate the sea!
Only for the main meals, which I didn't like very much.

The reception was great.
The restaurant was also very good, service from Daniel and Chef Biba, they were very attentive and friendly, 10 out of 10.
The room was tidy and the maid was very kind;

Beach is beautiful in front of property. Staff was subpar. Dining at location expensive compared to neighbor hotels. Food on the hotel to the left was better and much more affordable. Dangerous road to get to location from Recife. City nearby (Tamandaré) has a certain charm but overcrowded, trash everywhere, construction trucks. Chaos!

The location is fantastic. The layout of the pool, beach chairs and recliners is perfect. Lot of shade or sun. Fantastic music. Excellent massage at a very reasonable price. Sadly there was construction all around the hotel and from the Pousada next door. Drilling and banding starts at 7 am. The rooms may well be spectacular in the future when the new builds are up but the website and room photos are very misleading. Rooms are shabby and our ground floor room had mould and an old dripping shower. We moved and the room was much better but not like the rooms in the photos as advertised by the hotel. We found the drinks and food poor and overpriced at this hotel. The breakfast had a poor choice and frequently ran out of things. There appears to be no management or leadership on the catering side. Service is poor - we waited 45 minutes for our omelette at breakfast and then gave up, There were only 5 occupied tables in the restaurant area. Plenty of staff but they stand around chatting. Reception staff are polite and accommodating. The swimming pool seemed very murky for the size especially as there were few people using it. We enjoyed our stay as a base and found other places to eat and drink and spend our days.

Service was very attentive. Staff was also well qualified and the food is a must try. Location is also perfect. Right at the heart of Carneiros. Look for Girlene. She'll certainly care for all you need with impeccable attention. We got married there and could not be happier. (Of course, choosing the right person played a very big part hahahah)

We had a fantastic stay here in January 2022 for two nights. With an incredibly relaxed atmosphere, the hotel is based on a fantastic stretch of beach allowing for great swimming, leisurely walks, and great food in the hotel’s restaurant. Service is fantastic and the waiters, reception, and general staff always greet you with a smile and are happy to help at all times. Would fully recommend this hotel to all couples seeking a relaxing, hassle-free stay at Praia de Carneiros.

A pousada é maravilhosa. Tudo muito lindo e acolhedor. Fomos bem recebidos e acomodados. O restaurante é muito bonito também. Café da manhã completo e muito delicioso. A única coisa que sentimos falta foi de mais opções com carnes e aves no cardápio do restaurante.
