Hotel Citi Inn

Cheapest hotel (that night) in downtown Tampere. Simple 1 Bed 1 person room, toilet in room, sjower on the corridor. Excellent breakfast. Clean and nice, supernice reception for check-in. Value for Loney!!!

A seemingly converted office block, the rooms are comact but have what is needed. Shower room fine, beds comfy though linnen a little past its best. Operation is self-service using key codes advised in advance and all worked well. Breakfast was adequate - certainly had worse, though the coffee was not to my taste. In room drinks were a bonus.

Good location near station. First time I stayed in a hotel with no reception. You just get sent a code but worked well. Good value but basic

It is a cheap hotel, price is good but room are very tiny and the shower on the corridor is a bit old fashion

Tea kettle was very dirty, possible not cleaned for years. No teas, no black tea, only so called herbal drinks. Rather expensive considereing the standards and compared to normal business hotels.

I booked a Econom room and noticed there was no shower, but the gentleman on the reception helped very fast to upgrade. The most critical thing is that the windows where not able to open in my room, on the budget room it was possible to open. And to make it clear, if there is no air con it is also not a solution to place a ventilator in the room, due to noise etc. The beds seemed to be worn out and there where several dirty residues on the sheets, so as blood. I chose than the other bed. The TV antenna seemed to be broken because everytime moving the connection was lost and the picture was gone. The bathroom was ok and clean, but also here worn out. From my point of view when comparing the rates and compare it to other Hotels in the area the price was to high with 84,- €, comparing for example with the Holiday Inn, which is 200m away even closer to the city center and same price. Sorry but for me most probably not again.

This self service hotel/hostel is tight next door to Pakkahuone venue. So close that you had to keep the widow blinds more or less closed.There was a band playing outdoors by my window, and after they stopped, the deep bass beat started from the indoor club. Luckily, however, I was able to sleep quite well. The room a/c was chilly, but the bed was nice and warm. At six in the morning there was very loud fighting next room, and when I went for breakfast there was a sad girl crouching in the corridor, wrapped in bedclothes. ***** may have been involved, I assume. Price and room quite ok, but the external activities not really.
