Although the hotel is quite old but they maintain it quite well. The staff is helpful

Like what was mentioned on most reviews, the hotel is dated. The place is clean and well kept. The staff did their best to make our stay comfortable. Nice view.

I am happy they give me room with bathtub as request. Room location was on 4th floor facing the mountain. Very beautiful view with fresh air. But there were blood stain (dots) on my bedsheet corner. Just small but still unacceptable. Furnitures were old and dirty too. The wing chair full of dust. I know the hotel itself was old but i hope they maintain it well. I love this hotel been here several times i hope they improved the services. Breakfast spread also not as nice as before. Less food choice. Maybe they cut the budget.

It’s a great hotel with a great view. it has some issues with cleanliness, though.

The room was spacious and clean. We had the best time briskawalking around the hotel compound too. This is my 3rd time and wouldn’t be my last I guess♥️

1. We arrived at about 12:45PM, but the receptionist informed that the earliest check in is after 2PM. A bit calculative there. Since it’s hotel policy we just agree to it. But it’ll be nice if they allow early check in. At least make people happy after driving for 5 hours. 2. Upon check in, noticed that there’s no hand/face towel. Called the housekeeping, and they informed that they only provide towel for shower and floor mat and there’ll be additional charges for hand/face towel. That’s just ridiculous! If it’s a no star hotel I dont mind. But 3 star hotel with strict check in policy? That’s just too much. Initially they wanted to give one and asked us to share. I don’t know what’s their level of hygiene is. Finally after much debate, they agreed to provide 2 pairs of hand/face towel to us without additional fee. 3. During weekend off course there high occupancy, suggest that the hotel staff not to park at the covered parking and give way to the paying guest to park. The staff parked motorbike right next to my car and other staffs also parked their cars at the covered parking where there are open parking that they can park at. 3. Huge room, high water pressure, very nice view.

1. The food quality was very bad and not hygiene. We had diarrhea after having breakfast. 2. The furniture and surrounding of the hotel room was very old, but room is spacious. 3. Every night before 12am we have to listen to the *craziest and annoyed karaoke* session. It really bothers us. 4. The view from the hotel is nice.

Nice location... near pertabalan park. N nice breakfast, just maybe need pre prepared omelette in future, will be easier.
