I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting environment. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, always going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Their warm and respectful service truly made my experience memorable. The hotel's location is also a big plus. It is centrally located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy everything the city has to offer. Whether walking or using public transportation, everything is within reach. Another highlight of my stay was the breakfast. The service is terrible, the bathroom drains, there's hair laying around everywhere, it’s absolutely disgusting. When you ask for help, the crew is nowhere to be found. They lie about everything, from cleanliness to service. DO NOT GO HERE!

Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel El Toro did not meet expectations. The staff seemed unfriendly and inattentive, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. The hotel looked nothing like the photos online, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the amenities were not as advertised, leaving much to be desired.

Hello everyone, I want to warn you all not to visit this place. When you open the bathroom drains, you’ll find hair scattered everywhere, and it’s absolutely disgusting. They lie about everything, from cleanliness to service. Please, for your own sake, stay away from this place! DO NOT GO HERE!

toute ma gratitude pour l'accueil chaleureux et le service exceptionnel que j'ai reçus. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été impressionné par la qualité du service à la réception. L'équipe a fait preuve d'une grande gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme hors pair, ce qui m'a immédiatement mis à l'aise. Les chambres étaient d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Elles étaient non seulement spacieuses et bien aménagées, mais également d'une propreté irréprochable. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, ce qui m'a permis de passer des nuits reposantes après mes journées bien remplies. J'ai également beaucoup apprécié le calme et la tranquillité de l'hôtel, ce qui m'a permis de me détendre complètement pendant mon séjour. L'attention aux détails et la volonté de l'équipe de s'assurer que tout était parfait ont vraiment fait la différence. Mi estancia en su hotel fue una experiencia realmente maravillosa, y quiero expresar mi más sincero agradecimiento por la excelente hospitalidad y atención que recibí. Desde el momento en que llegué, me sentí muy bien recibido por el equipo de recepción, que siempre estuvo disponible para ayudar con amabilidad y profesionalismo. Quiero agradecer especialmente al Sr. Khalid, quien desempeñó un papel fundamental en hacer que mi estancia fuera cómoda y placentera. Su atención a los detalles y su disposición para ayudar en todo momento hicieron que mi experiencia fuera inolvidable. Las habitaciones eran de alta calidad, cómodas y limpias, y cubrían todas mis necesidades. Sentí una gran tranquilidad durante mi estancia, lo cual era justo lo que buscaba. Es un hotel nuevo muy bien comunicado con la ciudad donde también tienes una comodidad excelente, comida perfecta y una seguridad constante. Lo recomiendo para todo aquellos que vayan a ir solos o por algún viaje de negocios, aunque las familias también podrían tener una buena experiencia.
