小區是新的、裝修是嘎嘎新的，廚衞內的設備都是現下最流行的款式，淋雨鋼琴鍵🎹式的、廚房網紅黑白格小白磚。床品乾淨舒適，空調非常靜音，民宿的位置也非常好，距離河頭老街很近，性價比更是天花板，兩室一廳能住4人，比住酒店要訂2間房的價格便宜了一半。老闆非常專業，預訂之後將地點、位置、停車、樓門、房號、密碼等一次性配圖告知，非常省心，而且民宿對開車自駕來的人停車非常友好，可以停路邊不收費，也可以停在小區停車場24小時10元封頂。

乾淨舒適.主要離河頭老街不遠，當天入住直接溜溜噠噠就去景點了，看着排大隊的汽車進不去車場，瞬間感覺選擇這裏入住非常好，樓下就有超市非常方便.還有早點鋪.贊

設施很齊全,不亞於酒店！衞生也很乾凈，很温馨的房子，我們一家四口住的很舒服，關鍵距離景區也很近，停車也很方便！第一次來唐山，遊玩住宿都很好！推薦這家民宿！
