入住體驗太差了，房間裏吹風是擺設，留了插頭沒插座，想給前台打電話沒有電話線，燒熱水，熱水壺得放地上才能連上插座，住了三天了，一天一個價，還在不斷漲價

設施太舊了，衞生間發黴，床頭布面都是污漬，窗簾拉不嚴，衞生間不隔音還有滴水聲，排風口一晚上異響，簡直了沒住過這麼次的酒店，還有高級雙床房實際裝修與攜程圖片不符，前台告訴我攜程圖片不準確以實際房間為準。

酒店的設施和標準，還有早餐標準，放假在特殊時期也不算便宜了，我剛訂完260一間的房就變198了，這都不算什麼，關鍵在攜程平台訂好的房回頭説沒房了，確實是讓我非常的惱火，豪華大床房給我優惠20換一個普通標間，而且我們兩個房間一夜咣噹聲不斷，衞生也沒做乾淨，還是非惡意差評，不建議大家去了，從來沒有這樣的經歷，第一次。

很氣憤，本來訂的大床，當時説沒打掃好（辦理入住時已經下午3點多了），後來前台説換個標間，當時什麼也沒説就同意了，到房間後，電視打開沒有信號，手機連不上網，房間電話打前台電話打不通，手機打攜程網上的電話聯繫酒店還是打不通，到前台去説，上來一名工作人員説，到門口就連上了，讓我從我連，重新連一下，還是沒有連上，我跟工作人員説路由器上的燈是紅的這不對，後來她説叫工程，我説大概多長時間，她説她沒法保證，我沒讓你保證啊，因為我要出去就問了一個大概時間，後來我説那就換一間房吧，她説沒有房，要不你就退房吧，我衹想問問這什麼態度了，還往外攆客人的呢，再者我説什麼過分的話了嗎，也沒讓當時就修好，直接就讓退房，很無語，後來工程上來修的，是線斷了，工程師傅態度很好。洗完澡拿浴巾，還好沒直接上身，看了一眼，你們浴巾不換嗎，床品上也有頭髮，唉，無語……
