Our stay at InterContinental Tangshan was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. From the moment we entered the hotel, every experience—from check-in at the front desk to settling into our room and dining at the restaurant—was seamless. The warm and welcoming staff made us feel at home, with special thanks to Miss Xia Jialu for her exceptional service. I would like to commend the outstanding job of the front desk and extend my greatness thanks and gratitude especially to Ms Xia JiaLu which have been wonderful in providing exceptional services , help and information during my stay here. I have stayed in many hotels in China. But intercontinental Tangshan really have left me with the most best impression of what customer service and satisfaction is supposed to be. Kudos!!!!
