They responded quickly when encountering problems, patiently answered all questions, and also recommended surrounding food and scenic spots. Professional and efficient business capabilities made the procedures zero waiting, and the night duty staff were always polite and meticulous. Special thanks to the front desk staff Xiaohei and Da Ge for taking the initiative to upgrade the room type, and the detailed service was surprising! The overall environment is clean and orderly, which truly reflects the service level of a five-star hotel. I will definitely choose here again on my next business trip, and strongly recommend it to all guests who pursue quality!

Its facilities are comprehensive, and the fine quality bedding ensures a truly comfortable night's sleep. The bathrooms have ample hot water and excellent drainage. The Chinese restaurant offers a unique selection of vegetarian dishes, and breakfast is wonderfully rich and varied. The warm and attentive service from the front desk staff made our stay truly satisfying – it's definitely a hotel worth returning to! For anyone visiting Beijing, especially friends coming for a weekend, staying here from Friday evening to Sunday evening is an excellent choice, as there are so many sights and activities to enjoy.

A very cost-effective hotel with good facilities, environment and services. It is not far from Nanhu and Tangshan Yan. The parking lot is relatively large, but it is shared with a dental hospital and China Unicom, so the parking spaces are not very abundant. The air conditioning in the room is not very effective. It will take some time for the temperature inside the house to drop, so it is recommended not to turn off the air conditioner if you go out to play.

The hotel is in a great location, with a large private parking lot. Tea and candies are available in the lobby. The rooms are fresh, the amenities are well-planned, the lighting is ample, the linens are spotless, the makeup mirrors are illuminated, and the smart controls for the in-room amenities are meticulously crafted. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional. I brought two elderly people with me, and the staff went above and beyond to provide extra care and convenience. The dazzling lights of Hetou Old Street are truly captivating, and the professional service at the Vienna Hotel (Railway Station Branch) made us feel the warmth and hospitality of Tangshan! Such a beautiful weekend getaway to Hebei! I'll definitely stay at the Vienna Hotel again next time I'm in Tangshan. Great!

The hotel offered luggage storage, which was quite simple; you could just leave your luggage there. The hotel said they could remember everyone and didn't need a slip of paper for handing over, but we still asked for a slip with the name, phone number, and number of items. Because we had an elderly person with us, we called the hotel around 12:43 PM on check-in day to explain the situation and request an earlier check-in. The hotel accepted our special request and said they would prioritize cleaning the room and call us afterward. We received a call from the hotel at 1:02 PM confirming check-in, so we ended our plans early and went to the hotel. Upon arrival, around 1:50 PM, judging from the hotel staff's behavior and whispering among themselves, it seemed the reserved room was unavailable (allocated to other guests). They had the cleaning lady clean the family room first, and one staff member went upstairs to the room to confirm. I could understand this situation; honesty and a sincere apology would have been acceptable. However, the hotel didn't offer a single apology from beginning to end. They gave our child a box of juice, which I returned. They gave us the room key, but we couldn't check into the room. Haha, the actual check-in time was after 2 PM, even though the merchant's marked check-in time was 2 PM. From check-in to discovering the reserved room was unavailable, to the hastily prepared room, the cleanliness was questionable. I don't quite understand why a family room should have two bottles of mineral water, or normally three. What I find most incomprehensible is why there wasn't even an apology; they just told me all sorts of lies. Maybe I was just unlucky. The above is a negative review of the service; everything else was okay.

During the Spring Festival, I went to Tangshan to play. Hetou Old Street is too expensive. I saw this hotel is very new. The first time I chose it, it was indeed a new hotel. The equipment was very new. The room was hygienic. The pillows and mattresses were very comfortable. There were souvenirs. There were fruits and snacks in the lobby. The mineral water in the lobby was also kept warm, suitable for cold weather. The disadvantage is that the breakfast is not very satisfactory, the porridge is cold, the door lock is a bit problematic, you need to manually pick it up, go back to the room the next day, forget to close the window after cleaning, the room is the same as the hail.

I love the china style and cultural aesthetic . Its the reason why im taken. Free and smart washing machine to use. Smart wash 30mins , auto detergent. Free dryer 10mins. Check-in process felt weird. 2 front desks staff and cleaner were so peculiar about our whereabouts like they never seen foreigners. Asked where we are from after recieving our passports, why we come?, where we enter country from when they have our passports, cleaner asked her staffs ” they are not locals?” Stare at us because we were conversing english to my friend. Amenities is good. A little difficult to locate on didi. Quiet , beautiful and smooth. The hotel provides rental free on many items and my charger head. Very helpful and usher.

The first time I came to Tangshan for a business trip, I chose a room with a super big bed. 2.4 meters is too wasteful, but whether it is a pillow or a mattress, it is super comfortable. I didn't get up all night. Auntie suddenly came to the front desk and the young lady gave me a few sanitary napkins. I will stay here next time on business trip.
