國慶節價格貴了很多，景觀房的位置一般般，一眼望去外面的景色路咋樣。房間燈光比較暗，洗澡水冷得特別快，還好不是大冬天，女生如果洗頭的得快點，不然維持熱水的時間不久會被凍死。早餐晚餐都在這裏吃的，就是團餐的味道， 中規中矩，無功無過的感覺。

一開始看到評論對這個酒店不抱太大希望，但是實際入住之後發現還是不錯的，房間很大也很暖和，第二天拉開窗簾還能看到外面的景色，酒店工作人員態度也很好，房間開門的鎖也挺有特色的。入住前就會幫忙把電卡插好，入住後就能洗澡。這家還是挺推薦的

很意外，預訂時以為衹是一個簡單的民宿，去了以後才知道，酒店很大，房間空間也很大，可以點當地特色菜，唯一一點不太好就是早餐偏中式，屬於農家院式的早餐，沒有太多我想吃的，建議以後可以增添西式早餐。特別好的是酒店離湯旺非常近，省去了很多入園時間，方便，在十一期間成為第一批入園遊客，享受到了小興安嶺的人少的美景，很棒的體驗。

我非常滿意，9月28日定的，比湯旺縣27號的所謂熟人推薦的民宿還便宜200多，還貼心送了小吃。
給大家的建議：
出門旅遊，住宿一定通過攜程這樣靠譜的大平台預訂，選那些口碑好、評分高的正規酒店或連鎖品牌。
對於那些當地司機或導遊極力推薦的民宿，不管他們説得多麼天花亂墜，甚至熟人關係，都不能理。這背後的水太深了，民宿會在網上標高價，顯示滿員（實際沒人），然後當地司機給你口頭報價，價格可能因人而異（尤其是遊客），往往高於市場價，比九鑫這樣的大酒店還貴好幾百，因為他們要從中抽取高額佣金。這就是典型的“訊息不對稱”。

當地四星酒店不多，這算最好的酒店了
停車場超級大，大堂夠大氣
房間木製結構，大門是原生態的鎖，很有意思。
距離湯旺景區近，出行方便
缺點是酒店用的是電熱水器，不能連續多人洗；水壓不穩，僅僅3樓，馬桶都不太好沖。

度假村裡房間大，設施不錯，工作人員服務好，態度可親，前台小徐美女尤其令人映象深刻。距離景區很近。周圍有很多餐廳選擇。

這次伊春之旅能住進九鑫山珍度假村，真是太幸運了！必須來給個五星好評！
一走進度假村，就被它獨特的原木風格吸引了，滿滿的森林氣息，每一處細節都彰顯着自然與品質。房間寬敞又乾淨，全實木的傢俱散發著淡淡的木香，躺在大床上，感覺特別安心、舒適。房間裏的設施一應俱全，電視、熱水、無線網絡，該有的都有，住起來別提多方便了。
服務更是沒得説，從前台辦理入住時的熱情接待，到客房服務的貼心關懷，工作人員都特別熱情，有什麼需求都能及時滿足，感覺就像在家一樣自在。
餐飲體驗也很棒，餐廳裏有各種地道的東北菜，味道超正宗，食材新鮮，烹飪得恰到好處，每一口都讓人回味無窮。尤其是他們家的特色山珍菜餚，真的是別處吃不到的美味。
度假村位置也很好，周邊有很多景點，出行方便。而且還有免費停車場，對於自駕的遊客來説太友好了。臨走時，還在山珍超市買了些特產，品質都很不錯。下次來伊春，肯定還選這兒！

洗澡要隔一個小時，洗個澡戰戰兢兢，就不符合一個酒店的基本要求。臟舊臟舊的，衞生不行啊，衞生巾邊邊角角看着都難受。落地小空調不給力。優點是停車場大，房間夠大，東北風全木裝修，但時間久了感覺會蛀蟲開裂。
