The hotel is newly opened. It is clean and spacious. But the cafe is still under construction. The check in staff is friendly and flexible. You can park the car along the road in front of the hotel. It is near to main road where you can walk to the food court and Island plaza. The studio with kitchen is amazing. The room is separated by the tv cabinet. It makes me feel like home. The gym is clean and sea view too. It has a lot of equipment. The swimming just next to the gym. But the indoor swimming pool is not big enough if there is a lot of people. The is a coin washer and dryer that you can use too. They all are located at 15th floor. All the staff are helpful and friendly. We will be back again .

New hotel, clean, and welcoming.
We arrived at 11am and were pleasantly to be allowed an early check-in. I booked a one-bedroom twin unit, which came with a basic kitchen utensils. Overall, it was a good experience and great value for money compared to the other two Citadines properties in the downtown area.

The room is bright & clean. Check in staff are all friendly and pleasant. Didn't use the car lift as i park by the roadside.
Everything is more or less provided for in the room.

The best hotel ever when i come Penang.Their services and accomodations highly recommended.I got bad headache,then i try ask to extend hour for i get enough sleep after take my medicine.The girl staff on 23/10/2025) morning shift(registration counter)politely make my day easier.Thank you so much for a great jobs. I will telling all my family members and friends to stay here Citadines Tanjung Tokong Penang.

The hotel was new and very clean, which made the stay comfortable. It was also very value-for-money considering the spacious room size. The rooms we booked came with a kitchenette, which was a big plus. Location-wise, it was convenient as it was only a short drive to Georgetown.
A couple of points to take note of: while there are some parking lots directly outside the hotel, when those are full the alternative is lift parking. This can take some time if there’s already a line of cars waiting. Also, when I visited the swimming pool in the afternoon, the water looked a little murky and it was unexpectedly salty.
Overall, a great value stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel is rather new, and across the street you can get plenty of F&B outlets from Chinese food to mamak store.
Street parking is very limited thus you have to park at their automated carpark system.
