Batu Ferringhi - Shamrock Beach Villas, Penang

I'm very sorry about this homestay, never met like this agent before, and their service was very poor. Before booking I found the agent & chatted with him (because the interior is not fully mentioned), after the chat, he said can book through him & could get a discount, but the discount was more expensive than website booking, so I told him I'll book through the website will do. After I booked, he looked unhappy, when I asked about the request, he answered me that I was not booking through him, so he couldn't make the provided for my request, & said to just follow all the rules on the website. ***The important thing to got me angry 😠 😡, 1st) They didn't tell me how to make the procedure for check-in notice, I need to find him before the night to ask him how to check in for the stay. 2nd) There is written with room wifi, on that night he only told me there was no wifi provided, looks like cheating (PLEASE FOR THOSE WHO WANNA STAY THIS HOUSE, PLEASE NOT CHOOSE THEM) 3rd) The house they provided had a lot of spoiled parts, some more on top floor air-conditioning was very poor working. I never met this kind of agent that so un-responsible for what they put on the website, no wonder the is all bad comments instead of 1 good comment.
