Great and comfortable stay. Only issue is no extension in the room to call for housekeeping. Stay was clean and comfy with my little kids and elderly mother

Slept on the sofa bed as I couldn’t let my children sleep on the sofa bed, it wasn’t comfortable at all I felt the Springs was horrible I didn’t sleep the whole night won’t be staying there again. Very disappointed

When I arrived there was no one at the reception to check me in. Then a receptionist appeared from the back room asking what I wanted rather than 'how can I help please?" Br4akfasttime another little wait then informed for fist morning chef was not in and no hot breakfast. Lucky I can do with toast. No offer of any compensation at all. Still I liked the hotel 2 day was good and receptionist on the Sunday was very pleasant.

Service excellent on what had been a fraught day, receptionist so helpful and polite. Booked in to breakfast and can honestly say, that having stayed in several competitors the quality ofvfood and service was exceptional. Particular credit to Aisha, a credit to you organisation. Reception able to assist in extending our stay will definately stay again as will be over this way for next 6 months at least

When you walk in the room is immaculate and clean. Bed was comfortable with good pillows and room was warm upon arrival which was a bonus. The toilet had enough clean towels, toilet itself was clean, good water pressure plus it was hot. The inly downside there was no teabags/coffee but nothing reception cannot resolve. Would recommend Novotel perfect location 5mins walk from the train station, parking on site and it is well in the city centre if you want to get some food.
