The staff are very unfriendly, perhaps because there are a lot of customers. And especially, the female employee with the scar on her lip is very scary... I can't even speak because I'm so scared.
When I asked a question, they told me straight away that this was not our responsibility and that I should ask somewhere else... This kind of employee is scary.
I would like to recommend that you never use this hotel in the future.
As this is a facility used by group tourists, it is not recommended for individuals to use it.

I was originally worried about the smoke smell or dust mites, but the room turned out to be surprisingly nice, the bed was very sleepy and the single bed was huge! An adult can sleep with a 2-year-old child. The swimming pool is clean and big! The price is very good value for money and I will go there again next time!
