They automatically upgraded us to a bear-themed room, which was a nice surprise! However, the guests opposite us were incredibly noisy. We could hear them singing even with two doors between us – not sure if the soundproofing on the doors is really bad or if they were just exceptionally loud. But when we told the front desk, they handled it right away, which was great!

Overall, the hotel is pretty good. We happened to get a carpeted room, which was a slight drawback because my child has sensitivities, so I hope it's possible to make a note for future stays. On the other hand, the hotel's indoor facilities are excellent and very suitable for children.

Unhelpful staff at the entrance, no one help us to carry luggages despite standing there looking at us moving 2 big luggages, 1 stroller with 2 kids. The staffs at restaurant is unfriendly as well. Btw, the receptions are nice and friendly, guide us through our journey, assist to book cab etc. The room is nice, there is a free gift teddy bear, my kids enjoy the stay here.

This is a great club surrounded by lush forests, perfect for an early morning workout and enjoying the birds and flowers! It's a shame the breakfast, priced at $420, felt incredibly overpriced. There wasn't much variety, and no freshly cooked options. You'd be better off just grabbing breakfast at the 7-11 on B1!
