Checked in on the first day of summer vacation, and there were many families with kids. The breakfast and lunch schedule was staggered, which was a nice touch for managing crowds. However, once you check out, you have to return the magnetic wristband, which means you can no longer access the outdoor pool and some other facilities. This felt a bit ungenerous! The outdoor pool's waterslide only operates until 5 PM. Realistically, by the time you check in at 3 PM, drop off your luggage, and get to the pool, if you're a bit slow, you won't get to use it at all! Overall, though, the rest of the experience was still pretty good.

Excellent service! Great food! Happy hour was fantastic! Slept well! The room was spacious! Had a lot of fun! The Hong Kong-themed dinner was wonderful! The pool was enjoyable! The game room was also a blast!

The service was attentive, but the food was just okay. Both dinner and breakfast at the Western-style restaurant were pretty average – not a lot of variety and the taste wasn't particularly good. There's definitely room for improvement there. However, the recreational facilities were fantastic, and I'd love to visit again.

Great! The kids had a fantastic time. The hotel has lots of facilities, so even if it rains, there's no shortage of things to do. It's really suitable for families with young children.

Beautiful scenery and the pinball machine was so much fun!
