Ha sido una grata experiencia! . Muy buena atención, la gastronomía en el restaurante una delicia. Instalaciones seguras y limpias, con espacios confortables. Todo el personal muy amable. Ha sido una agradable estadía para toda mi familia :)

Los desayunos son lo maximo y las habitaciones excelentes y todo es muy bueno, te permiten servir todo lo que deseas y los cuartos tienen aire acondicionado. Además hay servicio a la habitación y todo es de muy buena calidad, definitivamente regresaría

Bien ubicado, tiene aire acondicionado y frigobar, no hay ruido de l calle, hay tiendas alrededor y el personal amable. El restaurante muy bueno también, pedí un paiche con pata comes muy rico. El desayuno podría mejorar un poco con mayor variedad de platos.

No hay Netflix?... 😞 Canales de entretenimiento para niños, mínimo HBO, Netflix, etc...fuera de ello, muy buena la atención, claro que regresaría😏 y recomendaría a más personas para que disfruten su estadía en la bella cuidad de tarapoto. Un lugar céntrico con accesibilidad a muchos puntos importantes de la cuidad.

Excelente buffet de desayuno, gran amabilidad del personal te recomiendan buenos lugares para almorzar. La habitación muy cómoda. Está un poco lejos de la plaza pero se compensa con todo lo que comes 😊
