Service is excellent but the hotel is a bit old and need renovation. Close to everything ( beach, restaurants and shops).

Not recommended. The room facilities are old and tattered, the pots and tableware are old, the hygiene is poor and greasy. The curtains are not complete. The windows are drafty. There is a cut tree outside the window, only the stump is left. The light from the room shines on it, it looks like a big dog, and I was scared and couldn't sleep well all night. Ctrip's rating is very accurate, it's really worth this score. I looked at booking and the score was okay, thinking I could get a bargain, but I didn't expect to step on a thunder.

The hygiene is very average, the floor in the living room is full of sand. The room only has a window air conditioner in the living room, and the bedroom window sill keeps leaking air. I spent a lot of effort to close it, and then the air leaked still. I was woken up by the cold at night.

CRACK DEN!!! Do not stay here! The filth of this hotel is absolutely disgusting. I walked in and didn’t want to touch anything. It’s absolutely putrid with a layer of Grime that hasn’t been cleaned in years. The chairs were rusted, the table had not even been wiped, the Curtin was held on by a bit of rope, one of the vertical blinds were just on the floor, the bed sheets were dirty, the couch had a hole in it that had previously been tried to be fixed with tape, it smelt like a dead rat. We did not stay, we changed hotels. The manager was absolutely horrendous when we asked for a refund. He said he would give us $80 then said he will give us nothing as we had been in the room! This place is a nightmare! DONT STAY HERE!!! This is not a functional hotel, you should not be aloud to book here

What an awful experience. The place is filthy, the chairs are rusty, the carpets stained, door missing to the bedroom, the bathroom has peeling walls and a window that won’t shut. The oven was full of grease, not that I wanted to use it, just opened it to take photos. Filthy windows, old milk stains on the teabag container and a wheelie bin right outside the door. Went to work for the day came back towels still damp from this morning no spares (only given 2) only good thing the shower was hot and water pressure good but not pleasant standing in that space Never again!

This place is in the ideal position for us as we travel from the Pilbara to the Southwest. Definitely showing age and badly needs lots of cash spent on it. It's clean enough but the attached photos show some of the issues in the room (number 3). At $140 a night and what appears to be fairly high occupation, I would have thought renovations could easily be undertaken.

Had to buy pillows the ones they had were so thin 1 blanket for two beds hole in in bedroom wall no sockets to plug in phone in the bedroom aircon didn’t work stove filthy dust everywhere floors dirty holes in curtains no plug in kitchen no cloth for dishes took our own dripping shower sat on the couch and my freind had to pull me up had a good laugh about it all only good thing was nice hot water
