I booked that hotel from 12 November at 8:50 pm. When I come around 9:40 but they're not allowed me and my wife to check in. And the person who talk with me on hotel hot line said they will send back the refund but the hotel is not. Money doesn't grow on the trees. That's why first time I see that hotel even Im diamond customer of TRIP app.

Australians get off work on time! There is no one at the front desk after 12 o'clock in the evening. You need to make your own room card at the door, and you have to call the door to ask for the card password. The room was nice and the internet speed was fast.

I had a wonderful stay in my apartment. The hotel staff were so caring and helpful to ensure my needs were met. Such a great service. My room was lovely and so clean with everything I needed for a week stay. The toiletries were beautiful and the coffee was great. Close to transport and shopping. Will definitely stay again.
