Great experience as usual. Very comfort and relaxing. Truly high-quality SPA. Good both for couples and families. Amazing breakfast with a large choice of tasty food. Very welcoming staff. Will be back there many times more.

Nice place for whole family, great and tasty breakfast, very comfortable rooms. Generally positive expierence with some small incidents. First, someone took our son's flip flops at the spa center. Second, some dirt was coming from the tube jets when operating the jacuzzi at the room. Third, waitress at the restaurant forgot to bring our kids the cakepops included in the kids menu. We got them only after asking other staff at the end of dinner.

I would like to share the greatest surprise you made for our kids: I booked 2 rooms - one for me and kids and the other one for my friend with kids. When the kids found out that we have joined rooms they were exited as in the saying "to the Moon and back!!!" :) Thank you!

Thank you for your service. We went with family and we chose Playful toes in the water" saw there some info about surprise littles ones, but we didnt find anything and didnt also see any surprises. But that wasnt the main. In spa area there was problems with slipery, we thought with husband, maybe in kids area better will be if there will be something like rubber tiles or something that kids wont slip. But in big view everuthing was great.

Everything was great, but the parking for the hotel could have been free and still the prices in the SPA and minibar are a bit too high. I would definitely like to come back again, but with a family of four children, I will have to properly evaluate the + and -

Our stay at your hotel was excellent, the room was really clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed your spa zone. The breakfast was amazing, a lot different kind of foods and all of it was very delicious! We will definitely return to your spa and conference hotel!

Everything was excellent - polite and friendly service, clean and comfy room, superb spa with safetey equipment for kids, tasty and wide selection of food, overall nice get - away - from - everyday - vacation atmposphere. Well worth every eur. We were greeted niceley and felt welcome. We are definateley returning to Vspa in near future!

Very helpful service! As I have difficulties in walking around, I asked a room not in the end of the loooooong corridor. And I got one near the elevator. It was really quiet when the kids in neighboring room were away or sleeping. And the breakfast servants were so nice helping me and bringing me food to the table. Thank you so much!

Good location, parking just under the hotel, with electric car fast charging. Super breakfast with perfect coffee. Comfortable bed and nice room. We liked also Spa and Saunas very much.Very friendly service
