免費停車位多，停車場十分之大！
勝利價比極高！如果我再去櫻島或鹿兒島，一定會再次入住！享受酒店的一切

Highly recommend, the hot spring is the best. They don’t use recycle water. Perfect view in the area. I will definitely come back again to Kagoshima area just for this hotel.

We had to cancel our reservation short term since the father my wife passed away. no response on our request to void the cancellation fees, no counter offer whatever - we had to pay the full price. not even a response.
