Good location and the facilities were great. Breakfast was good. Location is very good

Service was impeccable. We were there for a birthday trip and the staff took extra good care of us, even sending a cake, gift and card. Very thoughtful!

Good, solid hotel. Would reccomend to tourists who can just walk in the area to see sights on the doorstep.

We had a pleasant 6N/7D stay at the hotel. The staff service level was exceptionally good especially the housekeeping staff, Dilnoza, the concierge, the staff of Khiva restaurant where we had our daily breakfast and also the front office staff. The breakfast buffet offered a wide spread of choices and healthy conscious. Should we come again to Tashkent, we will definitely consider again Hyatt Regency!

Elegant, excellent hotel

It was comfortable. I got the impression that most of the guests were business travelers. The facilities were nice, but the faucet was stiff and didn't require much force to turn on the shower. The shower door also had a small handle, so I needed a lot of strength from my fingertips. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, but there seemed to be very few Uzbek dishes.

What a delightful hotel! Beautiful, great service, excellent location. Impeccably clean! If we return to Tashkent, we will definitely stay at this same hotel. It's a pleasure to remember this stay!!!

Listen to the advice, don't stay here!! I complained three times in two days. The third time I couldn't bear it anymore and asked to see the general manager. After talking, they only made verbal promises. I guess they were waiting for us to leave and then nothing happened. Unfortunately, I will continue to complain to the relevant tourism departments in Ukraine. Chinese tourists are not stupid and have a lot of money. 1/ Ctrip has paid the tax, and the hotel collected it in the name of a deposit, and said that the tax was not going to be refunded when I checked out. I went directly to the general manager, who was merciful and said that the "tax" was wiped off for me. It seems to be a scam specifically targeting Chinese tourists who pay the "deposit" in cash. 2/ The chiva restaurant in the hotel is not fresh, the meat is frozen, and the money is still collected even if I don't eat it. From the restaurant to the general manager, they all said that they would refund the money, but after a day, no one took any practical action. 3/ The bathroom leaks badly, be careful of falling 4/ After receiving my complaint, the front desk manager lied to the general manager that I complained deliberately, and said that I complained about another rival hotel that I had checked in, but the rival hotel gave a 5-star review. Anyway, avoid lightning.

The bed was very comfortable. The layout of the hotel entrance made it difficult to find the entrance after calling a taxi.

The service quality and environment are very good, and the breakfast is rich.

This one is very good. Although I heard that Intercontinental is newer and more modern, this one is old and has details. I think it's the right choice.
