Somewhat outdated hotel in the central area. Pros: - Great variety of delicious food both for breakfast and dinner - Central location - Friendly, polite staff, offered 5% discount upon check-out because of our complaints - Quiet room Cons: - Ineffective AC, unbearable temperature in the room, had to keep the windows open at all times - Staff was incompetent, could not fix the AC however we reported it two times - Uncomfortable design of bathroom, had only a few useful space in an otherwise huge bathroom - Unannounced events in the hotel area during our visit, e.g. a wedding and a brunch for people who didn't stay at the hotel All in all, it was an uncomfortable experience, would not return.

Nicely renovated, combination of 19th century heritage and today. Great spa, good food, nice service. Stayed here for the third time, will come back. Free car parking on the street but hotel parking is available also. Both lakes are in 5 minutes walk.

Old fashion hotel in the city center, good location on the main street, and very comfortable garage, the rooms shows all the heritage of the place but are comfortable.Breakfast is good and various. Some good restourant near by and close to lake

We have stayed at the hotel during the Old Lake Man Triathlon 2022 and tried the wellness. Extraordinary ambient, flexible and friendly staff, great culinary experiences plus wellness benefits. Sehr schönes historisches Hotel mit sehr schönes Kellerbar. Die Fahrräder konnten trocken und sicher in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Sehr zentral gelegen. Gutes Abendessen und gutes Frühstück. Guter angenehmer aufmerksamer Service.
