Initially there was an error from the trip and hotel, but it was immediately handled well.
The location is very strategic and on the side of the main road, so access is easy.
Clean and complete facilities. The water heater didn't work well, but fortunately when it did, the air wasn't that cold.
Breakfast is varied and tastes quite good.
There is a small swimming pool, but there was no time to swim.
Got a room on the 3rd floor, had to use the stairs because the lift was under repair.
The rest is okay, thank you for the stay experience.

Strategic location, ample parking. Excellent value for money. A slight downside was that the bed was a bit firm. In the bathroom, the toilet flush button was broken, and the hot water tap was difficult to adjust.

Hotel luas dan bersih... Lingkungan sejuk karena terletak di daerah atas... Pelayanan memuaskan.. Saya kemarin menginap di kamar VIP, kamar luas, nyaman dan bersih... Ada barang yang tertinggal di kamar sewaktu check out, saya konfirmasi ke resepsionis hotel, barang masih ada dan saya minta tolong untuk dipaketkankan karena posisi saya sudah di Yogyakarta dan dalam perjalanan pulang ke Purwokerto... Dan pihak hotel menyanggupi dan meluangkan waktu untuk pergi ke ekspedisi paket dan mengirimkan barang yang tertinggal... Terima kasih banyak untuk service yang terbaik yang sudah diberikan...
