We booked this hotel on last minute basis due to cancellation of flight. ✅️ Bilik bersih walaupun harga murah je (standard room). Kami book 2 bilik dan diberikan bilik yang bersebelahan.✅️ Ada lif, dan berfungsi dengan baik.✅️ Staff juga friendly, staff housekeeping siap tunjukkan bilik kami.✅️ Cuma bilik standard ni agak kecil, kalau nak bilik yang lebih selesa mungkin boleh book bilik yang lebih mahal. ✅️ Kettle, hair dryer, safe box ada disediakan✅️ Iron & ironing board disediakan secara berkongsi di setiap tingkat.✅️ Berus gigi & sikat pun disediakan.✅️ Tilam & katil selesa.✅️ Cuma salah satu bilik kami berbau rokok yang agak kuat & water heater yang agak lambat panas❌️ Lokasi berdekatan dengan taman traulsen & signboard tawau, port untuk tengok sunset (dalam 500 meter)✅️ Tak jauh juga dari pasar tanjung untuk beli ole2 hasil laut tawau✅️ Parking kereta banyak disekitar hotel, tapi siang kena bayar kuponlah✅️

It was nice time at city garden hotel we were really enjoying the staying there I highly recommend it and very friendly staff.

Very nice hotel even though for 1 night stay before heading to airport the next day. I can reach attraction place nearby just by walking around.

Very satisfitying stay. Im a budget hotel hunter. So far our first stay here is okay, even the toilet provide toothbrush, which is rare for budget hotel. Perfect for business & couple trip here. Price is reasonable, just at night this area will be empty.

Nice hotel

Great customer service, very helpful. Our Deluxe Room is spacious and clean. Just opposite the hotel is a great seafood restaurant. About 700 m walk is to Tawau market. Great food nearby as well. Laudry service is beside the hotel. Highly recommended.

This hotel is located at the twon centre fronting the waterfront. We were given the triple room with the waterfront view. Thumb up for having lift eventhough it is a 3-storey building. Food court, public library just infront of the hotel as well as one long line of Sunday market stalls selling used clothing, fresh seafoods, fruits and vegetables behind the hotel every Sunday morning. Come early as the stalls will be closed at noon.

Small hotel but really clean and room amenities is complete with many restaurants around the area. Aircon and shower hot water is also great. Very impressed with the maintenance of the room. Special commendation to hotel receptionist on duty Zailan who was very kind to help me with cash change and helped me with grab order to my destination. Overall, my stay was really great and I had a peaceful goodnite sleep and stay at this hotel. Thank you ❤️🙏

Nice and friendly staff, WiFi is good, a/c is good. I booked a triple room, however, it's just an additional bed in a two twin bed room. Different from the picture.
