i was afraid that it's a dirty place because of the reviews, but it was actually pretty good. they're renovating some showers and those available look good, nothing to complain about, the room was also fine.
on the downside there was crazy noise from the yard on friday night (music was on till 2am and started again at 8am), but on saturday night it was alright, so probably it depends. the vibe is like a student dorm, lots of rooms and not very social (all my roommates were cool, i mean there's nothing going on outside the room in the common area), but the place looks stylish and simple. the staff was quite welcoming.
i decided to stay at two different hostels in tbilisi because the reviews were confusing, but now i'd say i'd prefer to spend all the nights at fabrika.
