Great location, excellent service, and a pretty decent breakfast spread. The 2-meter king-size bed was fantastic. The only downside is that because it's so close to the main street, there's constant noise, so you'll need earplugs to get to sleep.

To sum it up, this hotel boasts an excellent location and a rich breakfast. If you don't need overly attentive and meticulous service, this place is perfectly adequate. We had a packed schedule of city walks and out-of-town excursions, so the hotel was merely a place to sleep and rest, which was more than enough. The hotel's spiral staircase and the vintage coffee machine in the breakfast area have a beautiful, mechanical-era charm. As for the room, it's small; fitting two 30-inch suitcases was already pushing it. The soundproofing isn't great; if a car with loud music drives by on the street, you'll hear it clearly. However, it's generally quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep (light sleepers might want to consider this carefully ⚠️). Regarding service, it seemed to get worse each day. On the first day, our pajamas were folded, but on the second day, even the bottled water in the mini-bar and the towels in the bathroom weren't replaced. We had to call multiple times to get them. I had initially thought about leaving a tip, but after that, I figured there was no need to rush to do so. The front desk staff was helpful, for instance, in booking local restaurants, but communication was a bit difficult. Overall, though, it's within walking distance of everything in the Old Town, and the price isn't expensive, so it's acceptable.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Liberty Square, with many restaurants and small shops downstairs. The exterior is modern, and the hygiene is good. Although the breakfast selection isn't vast, everything is delicious, and staff are constantly refilling items. The only minor flaw is that the smoke detector in the room has a blinking light, which is very noticeable at night!

1. The hotel's location is excellent, right on the main street of the old town. Turn left out of the hotel and you can walk to Freedom Square, and turn right to reach the Puppet Clock Tower, Bridge of Peace, Metekhi Church, and the sulfur baths, all within a few to ten minutes' walk. 2. The hotel breakfast is quite abundant for the area; they even served watermelon, which is a rare treat. 3. Although I requested a quiet room on the first floor in advance, I didn't get one facing the street or a bar. Instead, I got a room facing the inner courtyard, and I could hear conversations outside the window crystal clear, especially at night when foreigners enjoyed drinking and chatting in the courtyard! 4. The most annoying part was that for the last three days, I booked a day tour that required me to leave at 8:00 AM, so I missed the hotel breakfast and went out hungry. This is because the hotel facilities description stated breakfast starts at 7:30 AM, but the staff on-site said it starts at 8:00 AM. So, is the details page incorrect? Or is the staff lying? Isn't this deceiving consumers???

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to currency exchange offices, restaurants, wine shops, Freedom Square, bus stops, and a metro station. We had a deluxe room with windows facing the courtyard, so it was very quiet. We slept peacefully, with no noise from the street or neighboring rooms. The room was small, but it had a wide bed and two pillows per person. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion were provided. The toothbrushes were very good, and there was tea, coffee, and two bottles of water daily. However, there were no cotton pads or Q-tips, no shoehorn, and no sewing kit. Of course, we hadn't brought any from home, relying on the hotel to provide them. The breakfasts were delicious and filling, with very tasty pastries, sweet and juicy fruits, and amazing cheeses – there were four types of cheese every day. The reception staff understood Russian, were helpful and offered advice, and didn't ignore us, as some other reviews mentioned. The only inconvenience was that breakfast started at 8:00 AM, but tours often left at 9:00 AM, so you had to rush to eat and then get to the tour.

I had a wonderful stay here, no problems at all. Great location, easy walking distance to where I wanted to go. Clean rooms, and A/C worked well. Would stay again, it was a good experience.

The Glarros is an excellent hotel to stay in that is close to everything in the Old town. However there is a lot of noise from the street until late in the early hours of the morning. The beds were very comfortable and staff were all helpful and friendly. The breakfast is a highlight and must tey. However, one thing that concerned me was there was a plate from another guest on the fire extinguisher box outside our room 4 days in a row, even after we told the front desk about it. There was always a dirty plate there. Apart from this the rooms and hotel were spotless and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent new hotel right in the heart of Tbilisi. The breakfast was great, and the room was clean and fresh. The mattress was super comfortable. The only downside is that since the hotel is on a very busy street, it can be hard to fall asleep before midnight, or even later.

The carpet in the room had huge stains, and the walls were dirty and scuffed. It was quite unpleasant. The staff don't speak Russian; they communicate in Georgian and English. The reception staff were unwelcoming and seemed annoyed when speaking. Breakfasts were hearty and tasty. However, there was only one coffee machine, which led to a long queue because the cups were small and people had to go for a second round. The location is very convenient, with all the attractions within walking distance.
