Swissôtel Tbilisi

Staying at Swissôtel Tbilisi was one of the highlights of my trip to Georgia 🇬🇪. The hotel itself is in an excellent location, within walking distance to all the attractions, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and even a Chinese restaurant nearby. I was very impressed with the service; everyone from the greeters to the front desk staff and housekeeping was incredibly nice. The most touching part was that it happened to be my birthday during my stay, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a cake and sparkling wine, which was a wonderful surprise. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and will choose Swissôtel Tbilisi again when I return to Tbilisi.

I stayed for five nights at the Swiss Hotel and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The delicious and extensive breakfast stood out, especially the soup and several vegetable dishes that changed daily. The fruits, nuts, and yogurt were my favorites. The hotel's location is also excellent, offering a quiet retreat despite being in a bustling area. They even have a Michelin plaque by the entrance. I would definitely recommend it to friends planning a vacation in Tbilisi.

This is an excellent hotel with a great location, wonderful interior, good food, and a fantastic spa – there's nothing more I could ask for. It's a sophisticated hotel with a rich aesthetic, full of elegance without being gaudy. However, this is purely my personal opinion, but I wish the check-in counter staff would focus a bit more on the guests when assisting them. I hope the staff's demeanor can match the hotel's high standards.

The hotel is very comfortable, the breakfasts are wonderful, and there's a fantastic pool with saunas, but it lacks its own parking.

Choosing Swissôtel among the many five-star hotels in Tbilisi was the best decision I made on this trip. Every detail met five-star standards, and I absolutely loved the minimalist yet stylish wooden decor in the rooms. My girlfriend and I were celebrating her birthday, and I had emailed the hotel in advance with our request. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a birthday surprise and helped us reserve a fantastic table for two with an amazing view at the rooftop Atmosphere bar. A big thank you to the front desk team for their professional and meticulous service, which helped us create a beautiful and unforgettable evening.

This hotel is so cozy! Personally, when I stay at a hotel, I value shower water pressure and the ease of temperature control, and the shower here is truly legendary. The water pressure is just right, not too strong to be uncomfortable, and the temperature control works perfectly, so I had a refreshing shower every day! Another highlight of this hotel is that the toilet and shower are separate, which I personally loved. The bed had a plush yet supportive mattress, and although the room itself wasn't very large, it was spotlessly clean in every corner, and I had a wonderful stay.
