Excellent hotel with a prime city center location. The service was fantastic, and it offered great value for money. They even provided complimentary wine and fruit.

Excellent hotel right in the city center, within walking distance to the subway and many attractions. They offer diverse breakfasts and comfortable rooms. One downside we experienced was that despite booking a rate that included breakfast, the hotel didn't have it registered, and we had to pay for it separately on the spot. However, thanks to Trip.com support, we received compensation for the breakfasts we paid for, which we greatly appreciate.

The hotel has a great location and a lovely environment. The rooms are quite spacious, and the facilities are good. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff proactively asked about our flight time. When they learned we were flying out around 10 PM, they offered us a 6 PM late check-out, which we really appreciated.

I stayed for 4 days straight, and the facilities and environment were truly excellent. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious and satisfying breakfast, went out to explore during the day, came back in the afternoon for coffee, and in the evening, I indulged in wine tasting, swimming, and sauna. Capped off with a bedtime story, it was a perfectly blissful cycle. The specialty dishes were exquisitely prepared, and the service was impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The room was quite small, and the service felt rather stiff. At breakfast, as soon as the clock struck, the staff and manager started rushing guests out, even those who had just sat down. Plus, the curtains were broken.

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Tbilisi. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail; it's a beautiful hotel right in the city center, plus it has an amazing spa, a delicious breakfast, and wine tasting in the evening. It's the perfect place for a perfect vacation!

This hotel is right in the city center, new and modern. They offer good breakfasts and have a large swimming pool.
