L.M Club Hotel

Definitely not a 4-star hotel. There was a squashed cockroach on the bathroom wall, the towels were not prepared for 2 people, and the pictures of the breakfast have nothing to do with the reality. There was only about 20% of the food on the table. The pool was also very disappointing - very crowded, dirty, and cold. The locker-room was flooded the whole time, people there did not seem to mind it though. Overall, this was a pretty disappointing experience. There were other actual 4-star hotels that I could have stayed at for the same price, but unfortunately I wasted my money on this one. Would not recommend it to anyone.

At first, I did like the hotel for its simplicity even if they dont clean well our room. I booked here for 8 days Sept 7-14. We had two days of being away in Tbilisi then left some of our things in the room. We were shocked when we came back on Sept 13 and the receptionist told us that we checked out already and removed our stuff from the room which was impossible because our booking was up to 14. They gave our room to others and gave us a new room but unfortunately, after getting our stuff my new Timberland boots were missing and the Tommy Hilfiger coin purse of my friend with some money was missing also. So be careful in this hotel.

It was terrible experience: not hot water during two days, we couldn’t find the milk at the breakfast because the staff who gives the water and the milk arrives at 10:30 at the hotel and all drinks are locked we should wait the staff The breakfast starts at 09:00 They dont clean the rooms Many thinks that I dont remember Nina from the kitchen was very kind , best staff at the hotel

LM. club hotel- Tbilisi, Georgia The staff here were nice to us but they couldn't talk sense into the club members. The members of this club who were present in the pool (esp random woman) kept harassing me and my friend. She asked us to take shower before getting into the pool, which I understand is a part of the rules but inspite of doing it this so called lady still kept saying shower again, she also said random things about us in Georgian and wouldn't let us enter the pool. She told we cant enter if we dont wear sandals to the pool. We both were wearing sandals but it was very slippery and so we both took it off. She literally bullied and harassed us with a bunch of others for a period of 10mins till the staff came. The staff tried talking to her but this woman and her so called colleagues were damn racist, rude and extremely harsh on us. I have never had an experience like this in any of the stays I have had here so far. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

As a part of my birthday celebration I visited this place for a week off. The members of this club who were present in the pool (esp random woman) bullied and harassed me & my friend with a bunch of others for a period of 10mins till the staff came. The staff tried talking to her but this woman and her so called colleagues were damn racist, rude and extremely harsh on us. I felt extremely violated and humiliated. My birthday turned into the worst nightmare one could ever experience. I went back into the room, took a shower, packed my bags and went home. I messaged the owner about it to which he told they can't do anything and that the staff were not rude so its not their fault. How can someone stay in a hotel like this where they can't even take responsibility or talk sense into the others who were actually on the wrong side? He stopped replying to me later when I demanded for a refund. Neither did I get a refund, get to use the pool or even enjoy my birthday. I have never had an experience like this in any of the stays I have had here so far. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Ok experience. Had a fire alarm in the hallway beeping low battery. Reception had difficulty understanding the annoyance during night and said it will be fixed the next day. All good in the end though, as I myself suggested a change of room and this was made possible
