A quaint hotel, nice design and vibe BUT the room facing pedestrian street is very noisy as the music is on all night until past midnight. We were on 2nd floor and the music is full on as if we are sitting onsite 😫

Great hotel, nice design and clean rooms Location is great but can be noisy at night with live music on the busy streets/restaurants Bed and pillows can be improved though. Great breakfast with plenty of choices Got a complimentary upgrade with bigger room with balcony which was much appreciated. Lots of restaurant nearby to choose from.

Pros: Newly built, excellent location, very charming ambiance, helpful staff, very good-excellent breakfast, comfortable bedding. Cons: insulation between rooms! I can hear the people in the room above me talking and laughing.. even when their alam went off at 4:30 am !

Hotel was quite new. Location for us was not ideal as in the middle of the touristic center of the city which meant that there was a lot street noise which meant that it was impossible to sleep with open window and hawking and touting in the streets right outside of the hotel. Beds and breakfast were both excellent, shower looked good but was inadequate as very low water pressure and inconsistent temperature, lighting in the room was also a miss. Personnel very friendly and cooperative and gave us some good advice on where to eat on first night. Building is beautiful and lobby very nice.

The location of the hotel is really good, you can basically walk to everywhere. However, it is too loud especially at night which was a bit disappointing. The staff is amazing. They are super helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, in the old part of Tbilisi, close to old streets and many cafes. Within walking distance of the glass bridge, also not far from the square, 10 minutes walk to it maximum. The rooms are beautiful and large enough. Good mattress, average pillows, liked the breakfasts, of course monotonous but everything is delicious, the staff is very friendly and ready to help. I didn't like that our window overlooked the street, and if you open it you can constantly hear music and the noise of cars), the cleaning of the room is not very good.

The hotel is in the heart of old Tbilisi. The hotel is in a great location, we walked around the entire old city, reached two cable cars and a funicular, the Peace Bridge and Rike Park and all this is within walking distance. The hotel staff is very polite, they will always help with any request. There is a nice open terrace in the hotel courtyard. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

A great place to stay in the center of the old city! The location is great - everything is within walking distance. The hotel pleases with an interesting design and cozy, comfortable rooms, in which you feel at home. I would like to thank the staff separately - they are always ready to help with any question, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast is delicious and with a decent choice, but perhaps it could be a little more varied. Overall, a great combination of price and quality. I recommend!

Highly recommended, first choice for travel

I made separate reservations for 3 nights. When I explained that my room types were different, the front desk said that I did not need to change rooms for the first and second nights, and that I would only change rooms after checking in on the third night. When I returned to the hotel at 4pm the next day, the front desk told me to move all the things in my room to another room because I had booked a different room type for the second night, including personal underwear, personal sheets and pillowcases, personal toothbrushes, and towels. etc. (The path to changing rooms requires passing through the entire lobby area and changing to the elevator). When I entered the new room, I found the bag containing my neck pillow on the floor, my underwear hanging against the bathroom wall, and the sheets and pillowcases placed directly on the sofa instead of the bed. I really mind all my stuff getting stained. On the second night, I was given a room above the bar and restaurant. The music was still blaring after 10 o'clock. Unable to sleep, I lay on the bed and turned on the bedside lamp, and saw a white spider. After reporting it to the front desk, he said thank you for your opinion. Then it was over and I didn't sleep well all night. Decided to cancel the room on the third night.
