The reception staff are very helpful and kind. The hotel is very clean and elegant. They speak English. The hotel area is very good, with many shops, supermarkets, and Starbucks nearby.

Location: The hotel is conveniently located, and the surrounding area is great for a stroll with beautiful streets on both sides. Atmosphere: The environment is decent, and the rooms are quite clean. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast has limited options. It's fine for two days, but by the third morning, you might not feel like eating it anymore.

We really relaxed when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel is located in a nice area, right next to the cable car that goes up to Turtle Lake. There's a Carrefour opposite, and buses go everywhere. It's a super flat area for walking. The room service was excellent. The rooms have bathtubs, which are great in the evenings. If I go again, I'd definitely stay here.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Holy Trinity Church and the Old Town, perfect for a city walk or a leisurely stroll around town!

The hotel is located in the city center of Tbilisi. Tbilisi isn't a very large city, so it's about a 20-minute drive to both the Old and New Towns. It's roughly a 45-minute drive from Tbilisi International Airport, traffic permitting. The hotel's breakfast is pretty average; two days are enough. For the rest of your stay, I'd recommend eating out.

There's no luggage service here. As a solo female traveler with a 28-inch suitcase, a tote bag, and a backpack, I had to haul everything to my room myself. When I asked if anyone could help me with my bags, I was told no. That's unbelievable! Even small, unrated hotels usually have staff to assist with luggage, let alone a place like this that's supposed to be a four-star garden hotel. Aside from that, everything else was pretty good. It's a standard hotel; the hygiene isn't outstanding but certainly not bad, so you won't be disappointed. The hotel is located in a new area with lovely, clean streets and plenty of restaurants nearby.

I really liked the hotel, it has a convenient location. It's quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. The only thing is to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, as the hotel doesn't provide them.
