Sabah çok erken geldik ve check-in için çok fazla bekledik .. Odalar temiz olduğu halde saatlerce bekletildik . Halbuki daha anlayışlı ve misafirperver davranabilirlerdi

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The main upside was the breakfast which was included in our room rate and decent overall. Our room however was visibly old. The mattress was not great and the blanket was nothing more than a thin bedsheet.

The best thing about this hotel is its location, within walking distance of the town centre. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in serious need of renovation. The towels and bed linen were old and heavily worn, the shower door did not close properly, and the furniture was outdated and visibly well used. The reception staff were not particularly helpful and came across as slightly rude. Breakfast was decent, but the plates were wet, the coffee machine was poor, and staff members were openly arguing and shouting while guests were trying to eat, which made for an unpleasant atmosphere. Overall, this is a very basic budget option. However, considering the condition of the hotel, I don’t feel it was particularly good value for money.

The guys at the front counter were excellent and really helpful. We had some issues during our stay related to the room being a bit in need of maintenance and they helped as soon as they could. Overall the place is nice but I don’t recommend staying on the ground floor if you’re a light sleeper.

Quite an ideal location. However the private parking is very limited to only 3 cars. Those travelling in cars must be prepared to park by the roadside near to the hotel

The hotel building looks beautiful from the outside, but unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. The room was old and had a strong unpleasant smell. The walls were covered with mould and are clearly in need of renovation. The mattress was uncomfortable and not suitable for a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the electricity was shut off for about an hour in the morning without any explanation. I have stayed in many hotels across different price ranges, and this was the worst experience I have ever had. Another issue was that there were no visible “No Smoking” signs in the lobby or other common areas. My brother, who was visiting Georgia for the first time, smoked in the lobby without realising it wasn’t allowed. A receptionist told him he had to pay 200 in Georgian currency or she would call the police. Confused and unfamiliar with the local rules, he paid to avoid any problems. Clear no-smoking signs would have prevented this situation. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. The property needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and communication with guests.

Why should my passport remain with the receptionist and they would not give it back to me themselves? They were very careless and inconsiderate.
