The room was very comfortable. It was a quadruple room for three people. The mattresses were very comfortable and clean. It was right by the lake. It was a pity that I didn't book a lake view room. Will stay here again if I have the chance.
The kitchen is large and well-equipped. There are three public areas, all with lake views and large sofas, suitable for reading and family time.

This hotel is not recommended: 1. As a hotel located in Te Anau, the entire hotel only has a dozen or so parking spaces. You have to fight for parking spaces. Go to Milford Sound and stay in Te Anau for one night. The hotel is right on the lake. You can see the lake when you open the curtains in the room. Parking is very convenient.

It was a room for 4 adults. No tea/ coffee. No soap/ shampoo. Very very basic room . No mirror. Location was lovely. Parking facility was okay - off street parking on Quentin road. Receptionist Cynthia was lovely. She advised about the town and places around.

We stayed in a private room with ensuite and lake view for two nights and it was lovely. Really clean, nice linens, comfy bed, nicely decorated and spacious, great view. Kitchen facilities are good and the late checkin process super easy. Highly recommend.

Staff unhelpful when the booking wasn't what we needed. With an aged guest in our party wanting an adventure we booked the glamping. However when we arrived accommodation was to be shared, which wasn't appropriate. Only one night refunded

Awesome location, killer lake views!!!! We booked a private room and it seem brand new, we were there with 10 people ( in different room) Friendly staff and very helpful and good price too. Beautiful Host !!!! If we have a chance we’ll back definitely in the future.
