Nous avons réservé une chambre : supérieure de luxe !!!! J’ose même pas imaginer ce qu’aurait été une chambre standard. Celle-ci était supérieur certainement parce qu’il y avait 60 marches pour y accéder. Pour le luxe je cherche encore. Une salle de bain de 2 m2 sans étagère pour nos affaires de toilette, un lit soit disant King size de 1,5 m de large, une Clim qui fait un bruit de tous les diables, aucune isolation phonique avec les autres chambres, l’eau de la douche qui est soit froide soit brûlante, pas de wifi. les serviettes de plage gracieusement mises à disposition mais payantes pour les changer contre des propres lors d’un long séjour, un petit déjeuner très sommaire et le top du top le thé n’est pas inclu pour un thé il faut payer un supplément L’île de Boracay est un lieu magnifique et très touristique , le propriétaire de cet hôtel n’a pas de mal à louer ses chambres et il en profite. C’est une honte à sa profession. Nous sommes restés 15 jours sur Boracay et avons fait 3 hôtels. Les 2 autres étaient moins chers et irréprochables, j’invite le propriétaire du Cocoloco à faire un stage chez ses concurrents pour connaître la définition de chambre supérieure de luxe , vous l’avez compris je déconseille ce établissement

El dueño es muy amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestra estancia, la habitación realmente solo la utilizamos para dormir, la playa está muy bien, disfrutamos mucho la estancia

Hablé con el encargado tres veces antes de llegar al establecimiento y me indica que todo estaba bien y llegando simplemente me dijo que no estaba mi reservación y no podía hacer nada por mi ….. ******* debería de cuidar más los hoteles que están dentro de su marca
