Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza Reviews

The hotel impressed me with its warm hospitality and attentive service, making the stay truly pleasant. Breakfast was a great start to the day, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste — definitely a good choice for comfort and quality.

Good location & service. Friendly and hospitable staff. We came at the start and end of our trip (a few days apart) and staff remembered what we shared earlier & made an effort to check in on us. Paid an upgrade for connecting room

super great for a family of 4 or 5. Super great location- right outside of Tunjungan Mall

This was my first trip to Surabaya and I had decided book Four Points Sheraton Tunjungan given its central location and competitive room rate. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel recognized my Marriott Bonvoy member status and accorded me the corresponding benefits despite me not making this reservation via the Marriott Bonvoy app. Kudos the hotel staff for that!

Good hotel

I often stay here but now the cleanliness is not maintained, the sheets and towels are dull, the toilet floor is slippery

The hotel is connected to the Tanjungan Plaza mall. Rooms are spacious and clean.The checkin service is smooth. There is 24hrs taxi service available at the hotel lobby.  Suitable for all types especially couples, family and business travelers.

A great weekend escape here, a minutes walk to TP n surrounding easy to find Surabaya culinaries..

Had a good times. The staff from the doorman, receptionist, F&B are all the BEST TEAM! Oreo, Tia ,Rozzaq to name a few and many more names which I cant recall ( an old lady - forgot to jotted down their name🤭) . They are friendly, helpful, courteous and their smiles are very contagious 😁. Keep up the good work, guys!
