I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, ideally located in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with great views. The facilities are excellent.

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was clean and spacious, with carpeted floors, a gym area, and a swimming pool. The food was also delicious. The location is quiet and not noisy. This has become one of my hotel choices when visiting Surabaya.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.

The name doesn't fit with the service provided by the hotel. Nobody showed up to deodorize the room, it was a smoking room with terrible bad smell all around. Staffs look kind but not active to solve problem.
