Everything is excellent, Zero complain , restaurant staff is 100 % ,always smile & excellent service. Staff name alok , Adesh, surdeep , ankesh , Sajid, atul , sanjay ravat , Anand ,in short all the team of restaurant is excellent. Will love to come again .

Great family vacation at resorts , delicious foods, good rooms, awesome views from 3xx series rooms, great service in restaurant by Alok, Surdeep, Adesh & Ankesh. We have also got great guides like Abhishek & Vandana. Transport desk is very supportive and house keeping guys are very active.

One of the best experiences at Club Mahindra. Stay was wonderful and staff was very warm and hospitable, specially Alok, Aadesh and room service staff - Suraj. Food at restaurant was great and activity room was maintained well by Abhishek.

Club Mahindra at Kanatal is an excellent place for a peaceful, natural & thoroughly enjoyable vacation. Location of Club Mahindra Kanatal is absolutly scenic & proper. The staff of club Mahindra at Kanatal is truly very very nice. I had found them to be very friendly, polite, courteous, co-operative & understanding in every which way. They were always smiling & would greet with love & respect every time you meet them. I would specially want to register my sincere thanks to Mr ***ish Khan, Mr Jaspreet, Mr Brij, Mr Hanu***t, Mr Anand, Ms Vandana & Ms Soniya. Even the housekeeping fellow Mr Suraj Kohli was also very good in his work. The welcome drink was unique & refreshing. I am happy that I decided to visit Kanatal. Once again I thank all the staff of Club Mahindra Kanatal.

The resort was at an excellent location with very good facilities. The hospitality and services were very good. The food was also wonderful and very tasty. The guide that took us for the forest trail was very good. The trail itself was amazingly beautiful.
