Nice charming hotel for a solo stay.
Hilton beach is within walking distance so are many cafes and shops.
Breakfast is served at nearby cafes (not buffet, but still nice)

The Russian girl and Thai boy in the hotel are very enthusiastic and enthusiastic, making the stay a very pleasant experience. Breakfast is eaten at two restaurants next door, and there are quite a few choices. It is a hotel with good value for money

A nice hotel in the centre of the Tel Aviv Night life. Clean and relatively new with double glazed windows to ensure that noise is filtered.
A funny incident with the hot water in our room.
We called the reception to complain about the lack of of hot water and he said "its hot" when the water was warm at best.
Then he admitted the water was cold and said to run the water for 20 minutes.
We just laughed and had cold showers.
Other than that the hotel was fine.

Checked in March 2025 for a business trip and left after a few minutes. The hotel does NOT look like it's presented in the photos. Booking / hotel website probably didn't update the photos since the opening of the hotel. Rooms have been neglected for a long while, furnitures are broken and curtains are dirty. The carpets in the corridors were not vacuumed for a while (they showed me 3 rooms before I decided to leave). The hotel area is all under construction which can happen, but they are choosing not to share this fact with guests upfront. I left without having an alternative solution. The hotel manager contacted me the day after but never apologised nor showed any empathy whatsoever. FYI

No A/C. Many guest complained about the rooms being to warm. Opening windows not an option due to noise. After 2 nights they did bring me a fan, fan didn’t work…so they brought another one.
