hotel is old but comfortable quiet and next to the beech.
the food is very good and service during the meals is outstanding
the head of the dining room is up to everything there promptly.

The staff is wonderful! Helpful in all ways. The food was delicious and plentiful and the hotel has many spaces for relaxing - especially loved the roof deck

Clean and well equipped rooms, very helpful staff, great location, good food in the hotel dining room. The only down side is the sound deadening from outside which needs to be improved.

The staff went over and above to assist us.The room was clean, light and comfortable. The bathroom was exceptional. No complaints at all. Will most definitely use the hotel again

This is a very nice, solid mid-range hotel is a nice neighborhood. It's two blocks from the Old Harbor which is great. The room isn't huge but is well appointed and very comfortable- with nice bed and linens. Only issue was that the shower shelf is set up in a way that makes it difficult to move around. Water pressure was good. The roof deck has a beautiful view and I spent time in Shabbat reading and looking at the water. No pool, which I do like having. Breakfast was solid and the dinner buffet was better than expected. They offer free bike rental which is a nice touch. Overall, a very nice stay and I would go back.
