Old hotel, the maintenance is poor, not the cleanest, the breakfast was not good for Israeli standard. Not worth the price - expansive

Good day Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the hotel were far below expectations. Although our room was supposedly cleaned, drinking glasses from the previous day were left in the room and were clearly visible. Towels and bathrobes were not replaced or replenished either. In addition, the balcony door did not close properly, allowing mosquitoes to enter the room, and we were badly bitten during our stay. Another major issue was the elevators. Going up and down became an extremely frustrating part of the stay, with very long waiting times almost every time we needed to use them. Overall, these issues significantly affected our experience and are certainly not what we expected from a hotel at this level. In addition- You did not mention, or at least did not make it clear enough that the quoted price did not include VAT. Had this been clearly stated from the beginning I would have realized that your final price was actually not attractive compared to other options. Unfortunately, I only discovered this in the hotel during check in and I honestly feel misled. It’s very disappointing, as clearer transparency regarding the final price would have avoided this situation.

The food was very tasty, both at dinner and breakfast. The lobby is beautiful and the location is excellent. However, there was a heavy crowd, and it seemed like the dining room and the reception wasn’t prepared for such a large number of guests. The hotel and the rooms are quite old and could use some renovation.

Hotel is an old building but location is great and has all amenities needed in a clean environment. Service is fantastic with staff being on hand for anything and very helpful and friendly

We stayed at the Harrods Hotel Tel Aviv and were very impressed by the central location, the luxurious atmosphere and the courteous service. The room was spacious and well equipped, and the breakfast was rich and varied. However, unfortunately, the pool experience was disappointing. The pool was not clean enough for our liking, and this marred our enjoyment of the hotel stay. We expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially in a hotel of this level. In conclusion, the Harrods Hotel Tel Aviv offers a pampering and quality experience, but attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the pool. If this issue is addressed, the hotel will be able to offer a perfect experience to its guests.

I booked 3 rooms the room and the hotel not Cleaning at all and more then that we had in my room few animals running under my bad!!! The pilow was with sma off someone elth When Ever i asked - the team help very nice pepole
