Location is great, but other than that the place is awful. The room was poorly maintained. We reserved a room for 3 people, we got the room with one double bed and had to wait for another bed to be brought in and made. We got the room with no towels at all, not even a hand towel for the bathroom so had to wait for those as well. Once we got the towels, they had someone else’s hair in them. The room itself had mold, some of the ceiling part was falling apart, it was poorly cleaned and there was plenty of limestone in the shower. The toilet brush had no handle and was fully rusted. The walls were not clean. There was no fridge/safe in the room, we asked for a mini fridge and were told they would bring one in a few hours, needless to say it it was never supplied. Additionally a staff member used her super key to open our room’s door, once she noticed we are in the room she just left with saying anything, not even apologizing. The whole experience was very bad, for this price especially we expected much more, would not at all recommend. Pictures attached

Very new hotel/ hostel with cool design! The reception is great ! What's more, the celebration on Hanukkah in the evening with desserts and candlelight is fun :)

This is not a hotel. It is a hostel and really terrible one. Moldy room. Mold everywhere all over the place on the walls, near the sink, near the A/C. Mold everywhere. The lift is not working. Terrible experience. We paid good money so it is very disappointing.

Great location, close to the beach, many nice and friendly guests, with a very cool vibe. The rooms are spacious and the atmosphere was vibrant. The breakfast was the turn down. You could only choose 1 dish and it was not as great as i anticipated. The rest was very good.

Be careful and be aware – the people work in this place will steal your stuff. Some personal stuffs were stolen from me. Including cloths. One of the shirts stolen from me was a gift I got from a close friend who passed away. Then, I saw one of the employees wearing my shirt which is unique. Alon, the Selina Tel-Aviv manager called me, apologized, and promise they will locate all my stolen equipment and send it to my house with a delivery gut. Needless to say, It never happened and the guy just stopping answering my calls and blocked me from messaging. I discovered stealing guest personal stuff is very common in this place. I wonder if the manger is part of this scam. This kind of employees is maybe the reason why Selina has bad reputation.
