Family run hotel recently refurbished hotel the rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms a bit small especially the shower. The property is located two minutes from the train station and a short walk from the center of Telese and the thermal baths. Possibility of parking on the street. The service is great, the rooms are clean and modern. A beautiful experience. Additional note: restaurant with excellent meals!

Staff gentilissimo e molto attenti alle esigenze del cliente. Lo staff consiglia i posti da visitare ai clienti. La colazione era molto buona e abbondante. Esso è localizzato in città , molto vicino alle terme , al castello di Limatola , al parco del grassano e dal lago di Telese.

Con la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura due notti e cenato per due sere, e onestamente non saprei se elogiare più l'Albergo o il ristorante. È difficile trovare la perfezione in entrambe le attività, ma in questo caso l'accoppiata è riuscitissima. Accoglienza e cortesia alla reception con Carmine impeccabile, camera ampia ( la n. 1 ), pulita e con il balcone che dà sulla via principale. Ristorante di altissima professionalità con uno Chef e un servizio ai tavoli da stellato, difficile dimenticare il palchetto degli antipasti, le candele impiattate con fantasia e dal gusto stratosferico o lo squisito tortino al cioccolato fondente con gelato allo Strega...da sogno. Colazione servita dalla efficiente e simpatica Loredana, pronta ad ogni richiesta sempre con il sorriso. Sarà per sempre il mio punto di riferimento ad ogni occasione di visita a Telese. Complimenti sinceri a tutto lo staff.

Soggiorno dal 17 al 21 agosto. Esperienza magnifica, struttura curata e pulita, cibo di qualità. Poche volte mi sono sentito accolto in maniera magnifica come questa volta, la gentilezza la cortesia sono di questa struttura il fiore all'occhiello . Voglio citare la proprietaria Signora Teresa di una pacatezza e gentilezza unica, la simpatia di Carmine addetto alla reception , Loredana che ti accoglie la mattina con un sorriso che ti riempie di gioia, e per finire Il sig.Salvatore storico proprietario persona squisita e attenta a tutte le richieste dei suoi ospiti. Un consiglio, se soggiorrnate in questa struttura non perdete l'occasione di assaggiare l'ottimo cibo del ristorante. Grazie di tutto.

Esperienza molto positiva, camere pulite e servizi efficienti, abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo dal 17 al 21 Agosto, abbiamo trovato professionalità cortesia e qualità sia nei prodotti che nei servizi, il personale è al top, in breve tempo apprezzi il sorriso, la simpatia e la Professionalità di Loredana, Teresa, Carmine e ultimi ma non ultimi Joe e Salvatore, lo consiglio vivamente, come anche il Ristorante con cibi gustosi e vini all'altezza.
