After start our trip we call hotel and they told room is Önder bade floor. To be honest it was written on trip.com but i did not realize during purchasing time. Because on the picture room was different. So i asked hotel staff to stat in another room and they arrange another room for 3 days instead of 4. So i stayed 3 days even i pay 4 days. Because of the picture on trip.com . Sorry but me and my family effected çadır of picture mistake. I wont trust anymore and buy from other sites even it costs more.

Toplamda 2 gecelik konaklamamız mevcuttu. İlk gün ufak bir aksaklık yaşandık fakat çözüm odaklı yaklaşımlarıyla hiçbir şekilde mağduriyet yaşamadık. Tüm personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltıyı yaptığımız yer dış mekanda ferah ve çiçekli güzel bir sokak arasıydı. Bölgede konaklayacaklara tavsiye ederiz.:)

Odamız temizdi hizmet eh işte kahvaltı çeşidi biraz daha iyi olabilirdi Güleryüz vardı fakat birde bahçesi olupta gece oturabilseydik daha güzel olurdu

Odanın fotoğrafları ile (comfort room) oda birbirinden farklıydı. Siteye yanlış fotoğraflar yüklenmiş diyip özür dilediler, oda değişikliği teklif bile edilmedi. Odayı fotoğraflarına bakarak seçiyoruz zaten, o da aldatıcı olunca hüsran oluyor. Oda çok küçüktü, 1 adet bile duvar askısı yoktu. Havlu, mayo vs paslı perde kenarlıklarına astık. Dolabın içine kıyafet asmak için de askı istedik. Rutubetli bir odaydı. Kahvaltıyı ilk gün biraz yaptık ve sonra hiç yapmadık, çok kötüydü. Odada son gün 2 cm boyutlarında bir akrep öldürmek zorunda kaldık, öldürüp klozete attım, fotoğrafını da yüklüyorum. Otelin puanı nasıl 8,0 ve üstü anlamadım açıkçası. Çok kötü bir tecrübeydi ve bizim gibi rahat, lüks takıntısı olmayan bir çift için bile rezaletti. Çalışanlar kibar ve yatak çarşafları temizdi, tek olumlu diyebileceğim şey budur.

Benim kaldığım oda biraz küçüktü, ama konaklama ihtiyacımı gördü. Otel konum olarak şehir merkezine çok yakın. Personel çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Temizliği ***et iyi, kahvaltısı güzel. Fiyat da makuldu. Tavsiye ederim
