During our two weeks travel in Yunnan with our parents and kids, this guesthouse was the biggest surprise of the trip! It was incredibly comfortable and superb clean for all six of us — from the elderly to the little ones, everyone absolutely loved it. My parents couldn’t stop raving about how thoughtful and cozy it was, saying it’s the best place they've ever stayed. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every little detail was taken care of — whether it was travel tips, food recommendations, or little thoughtful touches, we truly felt at home. Their hospitality made the whole trip smoother and even more enjoyable. The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed, with unique and creative touches in every corner — we couldn’t stop taking photos! The rooftop view was especially stunning, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that looked like paintings. Our whole family went up there every day; we didn’t want to miss a single moment of the scenery. If you’re coming to Heshun, you have to stay here! The environment, service, and warmth of the hosts are all top-notch. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality travel experience — we’ll definitely be back next time!

Truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The room is beautifully decorated in a zen theme, we stayed at the courtyard facing room which was extremely peaceful. The room itself is huge, clean and furnished with smart technology. The service of the staff and owners is one of the best I've experienced, we arrived at 8am in the morning and were picked up at the airport. Breakfast prepared each morning was also very good, tea and coffee were also provided for free at request. The location of the hotel is also extremely convenient as it is situated in the old town. Upon leaving, the owners also gave us complimentary care packages of rose tea to bring home and arranged for our transportation to our next destination. Highly recommend this stay and would definitely come back again!

The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room is so smart that it surprised me. It's super cool to watch TV on the screen. The bathing pool is very comfortable and the size is just right. Hygiene: Excellent, didn't see any bugs Environment: Very romantic setting Facilities: Very good Service: The boss is very nice. He feeds us delicious food every day. There was a kid jumping upstairs. He took care of it as soon as he told us. He also gave us a souvenir before we left.

房間乾淨無味道，老闆和老闆娘親切熱情，小哥非常可愛，在古鎮累了隨時接送我們，不需要我們拿一點行李，甚至在石板路還提着行李，怕給箱子弄壞妨礙之後的旅行，不要太貼心了，房間還會給放好温泉水，我們玩累了回去就可以泡温泉，小露台隨手拍拍就出片，性價比..服務都拉滿了，離菜場和圖書館遊船碼頭都很近，出入方便..強烈建議來體驗下…臨別還有伴手禮..每天相處的非常開心…

來和順古鎮玩，推薦樂隱。她就待在古鎮最核心的地方，出門就是青石板路、老房子，買東西、找吃的都超方便，完全不用繞路。店裡的工作人員的熱情和周到更讓疲憊的旅行充滿温度。有啥不懂的問他們就行。酒店環境也舒服，處處都透着温馨。推薦給來和順古鎮的朋友。

整個旅途中最值得好評的酒店，老闆娘熱情，温柔，下雨天來古鎮門口接我們，幫我們提大包的行李，到了就給我們端來鮮花餅，桌上擺着很多水果，男老闆很和善，泡茶，聊天，孩子特別喜歡，每天都想呆在樓下玩，早上早點也好吃，咖啡很香醇，房間很大，乾淨，泡泡温泉很舒適，酒店位置很好，出門80多米就到百年菜市，去各個景點都很方便，走的時候沒有約到車，幸好老闆幫忙給我聯繫到了，不至於趕不上動車，總之，騰沖還會來！樂隱還會住！

騰沖遊的最後三天選了零差評的樂隱，和順古鎮內，門口就是彎樓子，出去左轉往上走就是百年菜街，非常方便。定的親子房，房間寬敞還有小露台，據説老闆娘是學設計的，民宿是她自己設計的，床品那些也是她親自挑選的，枕頭非常舒服，我還問她哪裡買的，啊哈哈哈。重點講一下服務，老闆和管家都很熱情，入住前幾天就電話是否需要安排接機服務，入住當天在樓下給我們泡茶，還有好吃的鮮花餅和水果。老闆娘很瘦很漂亮，早上還帶着我娃餵魚。管家非常細心，我老公在上一個酒店被床角割破血了，管家知道後第一時間拿來了碘伏和棉球，知道我媽腿痛要用姜薰艾，每天回來還問一句需不需要幫忙切兩片姜，有一種回家的感覺。如果不是第一次來騰沖，其實在民宿坐着喝喝咖啡看看景發發呆也是個很好的選擇！！等有時間，下次再去過！！

位置非常好，在古鎮中心區域，與古鎮必打卡的景點之一彎樓子博物館一牆之隔！因為兩側都是保護建築保持了原有建築，使得這間民宿的西面視野沒有遮擋，天氣好的時候可以在天台看日落、晚上可以看星星月亮。房間很新，帶泡池，乾淨，三人間的房間帶陽台，卧室整面落地窗。雖然是一家客棧，但米線、咖啡、玫瑰水、紅茶都可圈可點，以至於我們還買了玫瑰花😊😊屬於必嘗。老闆、員工都很nice，除了日常電瓶車接送，我們早出晚歸來不及洗衣服，老闆都幫我們洗好烘乾。
