無意中訂到的客棧，客棧在古鎮到中心位置野鴉湖中間，出門吃飯逛街很方便，設備設施比較新，環境很好，房間乾淨衞生，小院裏很多花草，看得出老闆很用心。服務周到，真是一家寶藏民宿。值得推薦哦，下次還要來住。老闆生意興隆哦

選擇這家客棧之前照例看了最近的評論，衝著服務好評和湖景温泉預訂了這一家。
先説説環境吧，湖邊的地理位置真的很優越，住下來整個人都放鬆了，大陽台喝茶吹風，看晚霞，即使偶爾需要忙工作，但是心境完全不一樣。
服務也是個亮點，整個入住期間的服務都可以用貼心、温柔來形容，備註:早餐既美又好吃，全程體驗都很温馨。

酒店有免費的接機服務，小王同學很早就去機場接我們，非常貼心。早餐酒店大姐做的，吃了兩天沒有重樣，味道很好。老闆推薦的飯店避免了踩雷。對面就是野鴨湖，景色宜人，心情舒暢。

設施：酒店位於野鴨湖畔，二樓和三樓的露台是喝茶小憩賞景的絕佳位置，野鴨湖美景一覽無餘。
交通方便，步行至和順古鎮主要景點衹需幾分鐘，最重要的是酒店有專用停車場這一點至關重要，非常適合自駕的朋友
服務：老闆非常熱情好客，推薦的美食，温泉，行進路線都很贊，去哪家温泉一定要問老闆

評價分幾塊。優點：1.地理位置好，車能直接到，不用拖行李走。2.風景好，外面就是野鴨湖，一樓房間坐在椅子上就能看見。注意的點：因為是石板路，民宿在路邊，車一來石板就壓的響，睡眠淺的人自行考慮。價格對比同期古鎮民宿不算便宜，內部裝修有點不洋不土，但是吧又有消毒櫃、飲茶燒水機這樣民宿裏不常見的設備。定了兩間房，一樓這間風景很好，二樓訂的時候沒注意陽台是公共區域的外加這幾天天氣不好，整個房間就是那種老式的陳舊的房間，覺得性價比就比較一般了。這是來雲南幾天住的第三家店，還沒和家人説這家民宿最貴的情況下，他們打分這家店最末。

網上看到客棧名字，《心安湖景温泉客棧》感覺名字契合自己的心境，心安，果斷定下訂單,民宿還安排了小哥哥接機,大讚!到了民宿，環境漂亮，大人小孩都喜歡，位置和順古鎮野鴉湖。出入方便，車能直接到客棧門口，看日落，看野鴉，湖邊吹吹風，約孩子撈撈魚，看看和順古鎮歷史長廊亭，客棧旁邊全部都是參觀的景點，走在湖邊還能看到本地老爺爺釣到大魚🐟這次到騰沖和順古鎮果然不失望，客棧寬大的公共區域，到處可以拍照打卡，可以喝茶、喝咖啡、看書,聊天,如果在客棧吃飯，可以叫大姐預訂，鐵鍋燉大鵝[色]野生菌燉雞，當地特色菜，早餐豐富。民宿的管家，和大姐個個謙恭有禮。房間很乾凈，床鋪舒服，衞浴分離，細節處處透着用心。非常棒的民宿!下來還要來住[玫瑰]

非常舒適的一次住宿，客棧裏面的人都好熱情，設施齊全都是品牌，温泉泡着，吃着老闆送的水果，很愜意。特別誇獎下早餐，乾淨清秀，有家的味道。老闆很用心。泡澡每次都幫我們消毒。
