不是垃圾到極點，我都懶得評價。 1.商家涉嫌欺詐：我們想在騰沖體驗下温泉房，就提前一天打電話確認有温泉，如果沒有第二天12點之前免費取消，那我肯定就取消了，商家説有，超過一噸按30元計算。結果我們入住的時候根本沒水，找商家溝通，衹願意賠付30元，這簡直離譜，如果沒有温泉你這房子值一千多房費麼。我差的是30塊錢的水費麼？ 2.服務垃圾：單元號給錯了，害我們一家人拖着箱子跑了兩趟！ 3.設施垃圾：抽紙是蒼蠅館子標配，且沒有紙；水龍頭壞的，也不維護；沒有空調，給個電暖器，冷的要死；一把破蒲扇也當文藝品？總結：垃圾，非常垃圾，近幾年旅行遇到的垃圾之最！

以下全部事實論證就事論事:雷點1:實際房間定位和平台定位嚴重不符，平台定位在一期小鎮裏，實際在山頂三期，平台沒有任何標註，走路20分鐘…周圍沒有便利店沒有飯店…帶着長者家也不方便到處走，跟商户溝通定位不符，回覆是你可以取消房間重新找…6雷點2:山高水遠來的温泉酒店竟然沒有温泉，説晚上高峯期水壓上不來，等到晚上凌晨再到第二天上午還是沒有熱泉水，跟家人再次心情興致全無。雖説商户説第二天上午幫忙買小鎮的温泉票（需我自費）但我是來度假的不是來折騰的謝謝。想過來這邊住就是為了温泉的慎重吧。雷點3:門沒有反鎖功能…優點:環境衞生乾淨，安靜。説周圍沒有便利店需要礦泉水，也有安排服務生小姐姐送過來。

老闆非常nice，由於家裡突發狀態，導致行程不斷變化，非常的慚愧，感謝老闆的理解。住宿環境很好，房間非常獨立，而且設施很人性化，是用心的為客人考慮的，滿足了客人在泡温泉的時候的舒適性和安全性。

臨時決定在古鎮住一晚，在停車場碰到老闆，跟我們介紹這家，我立馬在攜程看，隨時攜程上看起來房間一般，環境一般，但老闆人很好，我老公去現場看了覺得很好，所以還是決定訂這家。第二天我們過去古鎮，老闆到停車場來接行李，到酒店後大吃一驚，整個酒店很復古風，小院安靜整齊，還有看書喝茶的地方，樓頂的休閑區也非常舒服，在樓頂可以看古城。一家人都很滿意。攜程照片拍得太挫了。
