I'll definitely choose the Ginkgo Half-Mountain Cliff Hotel next time I visit Tengchong.

Spring in Tengchong is beautiful, and spring at this hotel is even more beautiful. The small villas exude an understated sense of luxury. Sitting quietly on the hotel terrace, watching the river flow beneath the cliffs, listening to the birdsong and the falling rain, it feels like being immersed in nature. The Dong family's help in arranging the room was perfect. They also helped arrange a charter car and plan the itinerary. The other staff provided one-stop butler service, making the experience feel right at home. Thank you again. In the evening, I even soaked in the hot springs to soothe the day's fatigue. The hotel front desk recommended the Gudong takeout app, which allows you to order a wide range of takeout, which was much more convenient than I expected. The breakfast was also exquisite. I heard there's a ginkgo specialty meal. I'll definitely come back and try it during autumn's peak beauty.

The terrace of the room is located on a cliff with a great view. Although the room facilities are not the most advanced, they are very clean and can be used with confidence. The afternoon tea is very thoughtful.

The hotel has a dedicated butler who will contact you in advance to arrange to enter the village and put the hot spring water in the evening. The hotel is on the edge of the cliff, the environment is very good and unique. The scenery in the morning is particularly beautiful.

The room was freezing cold even with the AC on all night. The bathroom temperature was low and the shower water wasn't hot. I had a stuffy nose after taking a shower. 😓 The environment is nice, but the service, management, and hardware are subpar.

服務超讚[強][強][強]從抵達酒店那一刻起，就感受到了無微不至的關懷，前台接待熱情專業辦理入住高效。行李員主動幫忙態度親切，特別感謝前台管家，在我生理期間入住酒店給我提升提供免費的衞生巾和薑茶，讓我非常感動！然而這個酒店最大的亮點之一就是懸崖邊的温泉！ 酒店的環境也是非常絕佳位置，得天獨厚坐落在半山懸崖之上，視野無敵開闊，無論是房間的私人陽台，公共區域還是餐廳，都能欣賞到令人心碎的山林雲海美景，早餐也是值得單獨表揚，品種實在是太豐富了，從中式的粥、粉、麪點、豆漿到西式的沙拉香腸培根等等，應有盡有。當然我最喜歡的還是他們家比較地道的那碗騰沖餌絲。每一個細節都感受到了酒店的用心，絕對值得五星好評，下次一定還會再來！
