Enjoyable stay with a tub. Electricity stopped working in our room, and they upgraded our room for free along with moving our luggage to the new room.

Wow! What an amazing boutique hotel with incredible views. The location is perfect in the centre of the old town. The bath tub on the balcony was exceptional and you can enjoy a hot spring soak in the evening after a long day out exploring the local area. The hotel has a driver, who you can rent for the day. She had excellent local knowledge and it was an absolute pleasure to experience local life thanks to her. She was professional and courteous in every way. I will be back for sure. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

Not good, not recommended. First of all, don't stay in Heshun Ancient Town. It's a completely different experience from staying in Lijiang Ancient Town. There is no scenery at all. The only thing you can see from the balcony is the solar panels on the roofs of other B&Bs.
I don't understand how the view is 270 degrees. Isn't it 90 degrees? The hot spring pool is just a bathtub on the balcony. There are no safety measures to hold onto. There is no clear time for hot spring use, and the staff of the homestay are needed to help open it. After all the operations, I don't want to soak in it. The bathroom in the duplex is OK, but the weird stairs are stacked on top of each other, which is extremely unsafe for the elderly.
