Personal experience. Advantages: 1. Fresh scenery, view of rice fields and mountains. 2. Cool air. Disadvantages: 1. The entrance is scary, especially if I use a fairly large car. Maybe if a small car is okay. 2. Wide parking lot. 3. Want to enter the unit, each unit uses its own token, at that time the token was already beeping. About to run out.. ask the guard to fill it. It took a long time to fill it.. 4. Entering the unit, oh my.. like a tenement house that hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Stuffy.. dirty.. lots of insects.. the edges of the plastic carpet are wrinkled.. the roof is dirty from leaks it seems.... I borrowed a broom from the guard, he lent me a broom.. I SWEEP THE UNIT MYSELF.. I thought the guard understood my code to borrow a broom, but apparently not. 5. There is a kitchen set. But there are no cooking utensils or stove. What for.. 6. Bathroom.. it seems new so the closet is clean, but.. there is no lock, the door can't close either.. it has to be wedged to close.. the nail hanger is missing on one side, the waste water stagnates because the floor is tilted the wrong way.. given towels but no toiletries. The lights are also off.. so ask to be replaced. Why wasn't it checked before. 7. Bedroom spring bed, there is a bath, blanket and cupboard. But.. dirty and stuffy when you enter like the door hasn't been opened for a long time. 8. In the afternoon take the kids swimming in a small pool, it's ok, the water is clear.
